Sulfur reserves refer to the reserves obtained through geological exploration of iron sulfide ore, associated iron sulfide ore and natural sulfur. Sulfur resources include reserves of oil, natural gas, non-ferrous metal sulfides, coal and high-grade pyrite. High-grade pyrite is mainly sulfide iron ore, associated sulfide iron ore and natural sulfur. It is characterized by wide distribution and relative concentration. There are many lean ores, few rich ores, and there are many types of deposits, mainly coal deposits.

China's iron sulfide ore reserves are distributed in 28 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. The reserves of iron sulfide ore are relatively concentrated in the three regions of Southwest, Central South and East China. From the distribution of provinces, it is mainly concentrated in Sichuan, Anhui, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Shanxi, Henan, Hunan and other provinces. From the perspective of the quality of iron sulfide ore resources, high-grade pyrite with a content of more than 35% only accounts for 3.3% of the total, most of which are concentrated in Guangdong and Anhui provinces, of which nearly 66% are in Guangdong and 30% are in Anhui , Is only distributed about 4% in other provinces.

The above is an introduction to the distribution of high-grade pyrite in China, thanks for reading.
