  1. In order to further expand the application range of the morphology control and synthesis process of iron sulfide powder, the synthesis process of its flower-like and plate-like crystals was investigated, and the controlled synthesis of flower-like samples was realized in the temperature range of 200-300 degrees Celsius. As the temperature rises, the morphology changes from flower-like to branch-like structure. By replacing the iron source with iron nitrate, crystals can be obtained in the temperature range of 180-300 degrees Celsius, which are products of four forms: spherical, cotton, plate and rice. Based on the investigation of the reaction process, the free ferric ions first combine with oleylamine to form a relatively stable "Fe-OLA" precursor. When the system energy is greater than the energy barrier, the selenium source directly reacts with the iron precursor to form an iron sulfide core, and then Oleylamine plays a major role in the nucleation process, and the reaction temperature mainly determines the growth process.

  2. The controllable synthesis process of multiple groups of compounds is based on the process route of nickel-sulfur (selenium) compounds based on iron sulfide powder. Four kinds of nickel-sulfur (selenium) compounds were successfully prepared by one-step method. The synthesis temperature range of sulfur compounds is narrow (around 260 degrees Celsius), but the synthesis range of nickel-selenium compounds starts to change from 180-280 degrees Celsius. If the sulfur content is increased, the product will appear Ni7S6 orthogonal phase, Ni3S2 trigonal phase, Ni hexagonal phase, NiS2 cubic phase, and the morphology will change from spheroidal to tetragonal.

    By investigating the reaction kinetic parameters, the mechanism that Ni ions and S ions combine with OLA to form a relatively stable "Ni-S-OLA" precursor, which decomposes to form nickel-sulfur compound nuclei with the increase of reaction energy. When the Ni/Se molar ratio is maintained at 1:2, as the reaction temperature increases, the morphology of the sample changes from the NiSe2 orthogonal phase to the cubic phase, and at the same time the sample morphology changes from star-shaped to tetragonal.
